History
This tournament was established in 2000 by the MAAGCS Board of Directors in order to develop a primary source of funding to support local research projects, support environmental efforts, and government relations as they relate to the golf industry. The tournament has also provided a great opportunity for MAAGCS members to bring their respective club or company officials to participate in this event for the preservation and improvement of both the game of golf and our local environment.
